GENERSL
This print from the Imogen Cunningham Trust is made in the traditional darkroom from Imogen's original negative. Matted and mounted on four-ply archival museum board.
CHOICE of UNFRAMED or FRAMED
UNFRAMED: If the print is ordered unframed, it arrives mounted and over-matted, with the provenance label on the verso, protected in an archival clear sleeve and ready to frame.
FRAMED: Our black wood ash frames are beautifully produced, custom-made frames, made in Minnesota.
The framed prints are wall-ready with a ‘sandwich’ of UV plexiglass, the matted / over-mounted print, and a protective back-board behind the print. The back board carries our descriptive-print label on the verso, as the provenance label on the print will not be visible. Finally, we add stainless steel picture-hanging wire to the back of the frame, attached with low-profile hardware, making the frame ready to hang.
